Dimmi is a sophisticated Liquore di Milano that revives a classic Italian recipe from the 1930s. The name means “tell me” in Italian, inviting you to discover its complex and intriguing character. This elegant liqueur is crafted from spirits of soft winter wheat with a touch of Grappa di Barolo, creating a refined base for its botanical infusion.

Dimmi updates the traditional vermouth-style bitter herbs with delicate apricot and peach flower blossoms, resulting in a beautifully balanced liqueur with a lightweight, velvety texture. The complex bouquet reveals layers of zesty orange, anise, sage, and herbaceous notes, while the long finish showcases prominent spice and citrus that lingers on the palate.
