Our wine is for pleasure we serve it before dinner and during dinner. Ive chosen Bulgaria because of the magnificent terroir. With Enira we revive the image of the Bulgarian wines worldwide. I cant find competitive wine internationally like Enira.

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Destemming and berries selection on the vibrating tables. Filling the concrete tanks by gravity without crushing the berries. Cold maceration beforeAlcohol fermentation at 24-26 C for 5-10 days. Hot maceration and then malolactic conversion. Aging 18 months in French oak barrels: 30% new oak / 70% one-year old French oak

Tasting notes:
Deep garnet colour. A plenty of aromas dominated by plum, black cherry, blueberry, violet, nuts, chocolate are found at first. The taste is dense, round and harmonious. Full body and softness in the mouth show unique balance owing to fruits maturity and oak impact. The after taste is complex and very long.
