Infinitely heavy. You must prove you are worthy to be able to pick up the Hammer. You must be brave. You must be noble. A slayer of giants. You dont know what your actions will unleash. This beer though will unleash a massive assault of Citra/Mosaic/Simcoe. Whosoever holds this hammer if they be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor. Thinking fruit salad, Amarillo’s peachy ripe summer stonefruit characters immediately jumped to mind, especially after how good it is tasting in Hopshine right now. Mosaic is just a mosaic of fruity hoppy goodness, which makes us happy. And finally a new trial hop HBC (Hop Breeding Company) 685 which has aroma descriptors of fruity, tropical, stonefruit, citrus, floral & pine. We have created a winner. This beer is kind of like what you enjoy in a Hazy IPA but without it being Hazy.
