“A melange of lemon zest and fresh peeled orange hits the palate, with a refreshingly crisp finish.”- Trillium

Originally brewed in Canton, Massachusetts with East Coast brewing legendsTrillium,Sunrise Valleyfeatures a hop-free boil, and a massive dry-hop of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Rakau, courtesy of our pals over at Freestyle hops.Sunrise Valley also owes its name to the hop-growing region where Freestyle conjure up those wonderful hops – an idyllic location nestled away in the Upper Moutere.

When it was first brewed, this hop-free boil and heavy dry hop was considered a ‘radical’ technique for both Trillium and Garage Project, but over the years – through the rebrews, and the new drops – it’s proven to an integral element of Valley terroir.
