Grape varietal & region: Gentle Folk Rainbow Juice 2022 is a vibrant and lively natural wine hailing from the Adelaide Hills region of Australia. Made by Gareth Belton, this wine is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewrztraminer, and Pinot Gris grapes, all grown using organic and biodynamic farming practices.
Taste profile:Rainbow Juice is a refreshing and zesty wine, with aromas of citrus, tropical fruit, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it is lively and juicy, with flavors of grapefruit, green apple, and a touch of minerality. The wine finishes with a crisp acidity and a hint of salinity.
Winemaking process:After being hand-harvested, the grapes are fermented using native yeasts and aged in old oak barrels for 6 months. The resulting wine is unfiltered and unfined, allowing for a true expression of the terroir and winemaking philosophy.
