All varietal from a site just next to Bella Oaks, it reveals a dense purple hue to go with sensational notes of crme de cassis, darker currants, loamy earth, iron, and espresso. Deep, full-bodied, and powerful, yet incredibly layered, flawlessly balanced, and light on its feet, it reminds me slightly of the 2013. It offers pleasure even today yet deserves 4-6 years of bottle age and will evolve for 30 years in cold cellars. This is sensational juice.
