This white wine was made from perfectly ripened grapes, selected from only the Kapellenberg vineyard around the middle of October.
The wine was fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks.Fermentation lasted until the first week of January and was stopped by cooling down.
Food Recommendation: This Riesling Sptlese pairs well with Gorgonzola or Cheddar cheese or as a perfect aperitif.
