Hard Truth Double Oaked Sweet Mash 750ml is a premium bourbon from Indiana’s Hard Truth Distilling Company that combines the traditional sweet mash fermentation process with an innovative double oak finishing technique. This exceptional bourbon undergoes a secondary maturation in freshly charred oak barrels, amplifying the rich oak character and creating layers of deep, complex flavor.

The sweet mash process uses fresh yeast for each fermentation, producing a clean, refined base spirit that showcases the natural grain character. The double oaking process then adds extraordinary depth, with the second barrel imparting intense caramelization, toasted wood sugars, and luxurious vanilla notes that elevate this bourbon to new heights.
