Terroir is a notion that flavour is defined by a sense of place. Sheer Terroir is an experiment with the goal to identify and highlight flavour variations that climate and soil can have on hops. Willamette Valley in central Oregon is sandwiched between the Cascade Mountains to the east and Oregon Coast Range to the west. Look for notes of grass, melon, and berries. Citra P91-HUCIT7192 | Coleman Agriculture Gervais, OR. Sixth generation hop grower.
