First brewed in 2013 to mark our 1000th brew, Millennium Falcon is made with pale malt and an interstellar hopping rate to produce an Emperial IPA that is simply out of this world.
The aroma is chock-full of super-fruity US hop aroma think juicy pineapple, tart citrus, stone fruit, boiled lollies and bubblegum. On the palate the fruity mlange is underpinned by a bold, evergreen hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is full and luxurious yet at the same time dangerously drinkable.
