Opens up after 15-30 minutes of uncorking. Once open, the wine exhibits a bouquet of cherries and plums and light oak, cinnamon, and clove. Mouth-watering acidity and restrained fruit on the palate with hints of raspberry, warm oak, cinnamon, and cloves. The wine is full on the entry, mid-palate, and finishes with mouth-filling fine-grained tannins.
