There’s plenty to chew on in the fruit of the base vintage, yet the style remains focused on clarity and purity refreshment, rather than weight, is the goal. 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, based on the 2020 harvest with 19% reserve wines from the previous two years and 5% oak fermentation.   • ABOUT THE WINE: The grapes for this wine are sourced from the four main regions in the A and Epernay sector: Cte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Cte des Bars and Cte de Szanne. The assemblage consists of 51% Chardonnay and 49% Pinot Noir, based on the 2020 harvest with 19% reserve wines from the previous two years. About 5% is fermented in oak.
