Liber & Co. Demerara Gum Syrup is a premium cocktail syrup that combines the rich, molasses-like flavor of demerara sugar with the silky texture of traditional gum syrup. Made with gum arabic, demerara sugar, and water, this sophisticated syrup adds both complex sweetness and luxurious body to cocktails, elevating classics like the Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, and Ti’ Punch.

Demerara sugar brings deeper, more complex flavor than white cane sugar, with notes of toffee, caramel, and subtle molasses that add character to spirits. Combined with the velvety texture of gum arabic, this syrup creates a professional-quality result that balances sweetness with body, making it essential for craft cocktail enthusiasts who demand authenticity and excellence.
