Location: Located in the southern part of Burgundy, at the North limit of Beaujolais area, Pouilly-Fuiss is the top of the Mconnais wines, in the heart of the great whites appellations (Fuiss, Pouilly-Loch, Pouilly-Vinzelles and Saint-Vran).
Vinification: Fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks to preserve as much as possible the fruit and freshness.
