Pascal Clment was born to a family of winemakers in Burgundy. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the leading maisons and domains, including the highly regarded Domaine Coche-Dury in Meursault.

Pascal has started his own winery in 2012 with one philosophy: quality of the wines and respect for the terroir. He has worked with his winegrower friends, who have been established for many years and share the same philosophy: respect for the terroir. Most of them have turned to organic farming, some even to biodynamics.

Pascal’s approach of wine making is very low-interventional. 80% of his production is white wine.

Puligny-Montrachet shares with Chassagne the most perfect expression of Chardonnay. Just a few meters from the Grands Crus, offering a white wine with a strong personality and a high reputation.
