Aged for many months in a Chiefs Son Distillery Whisky barrel before being bottled in this large specialty beer bottle.

A true local collaboration, landing at a big and bold 10%, this Imperial Stout is brewed with 3 kinds of Mexican Chillies: Chipotle, Ancho and Guajillo plus Cacao nibs and Cinnamon, these ingredients have now all been used to brew up a special batch of our famed Imperial Stout which has then been aged for many months in a Chiefs Son Distillery Whisky barrel before being bottled in this large specialty beer bottle.

Named Pancho, after the Bandit, warlord, and leader of the Mexican revolution, like him, this beer is fearless, dark and strong with a spicy, ever-increasing heat from the chillies and an increased abv from the whisky absorption in the cask, this a huge, and spectacular brew. Viva la Revolution!!!
