Nose:
The whisky gives itself to the nose with a delicate aroma.It smells pleasantly of walnuts, earthy tones and old leather.Herbs are present.There is light peat smoke in the background.

Palate:
The 18-year-old Caol Ila from Zanzibar lies creamy on the tongue.It tastes like roasted walnuts and caramel.Cedar wood, tobacco and notes from jam complete the taste.A fine smoky note is always present.

Finish:
The finish is medium-long and dry.Wood tones and tobacco remain after drinking.
