TC Craft Tequila Aejo is the pinnacle expression of the TC Craft lineup, showcasing the depth and sophistication that comes from extended aging in oak barrels. This 750ml bottle represents 100% blue agave tequila aged to perfection, developing rich amber color and layers of complexity that make it a true sipping tequila.

Crafted in small batches and aged for over a year in carefully selected oak barrels, TC Aejo develops a luxurious character where sweet agave meets warm oak influence. The extended aging mellows the spirit while adding notes of vanilla, caramel, and baking spices, creating a smooth, sophisticated tequila that rivals fine cognacs and whiskeys.

Tasting Notes:
Rich amber color with aromas of cooked agave, vanilla, toasted oak, and hints of dried fruit. The palate is smooth and velvety, featuring layers of caramel, butterscotch, cinnamon, dark chocolate, and sweet agave, all wrapped in warm oak. The finish is long and elegant, with lingering notes of vanilla, spice, and gentle oak tannins.

Perfect for:
Sipping neat or on the rocks to fully appreciate its aged complexity. Also exceptional in premium cocktails like an Aejo Old Fashioned where its depth can shine. A special occasion tequila for discerning palates.
