The 15 Year Old is the distillery’s most refined core expression, matured in carefully selected oak casks to develop a depth and elegance that reflects both the Highland terroir and the patience of traditional craft distilling.

In the glass, it opens with a warm honeyed sweetness layered with vanilla, toffee, and dried fruit. The palate is smooth and luxurious caramel, orchard fruit, toasted almonds, and a gentle warmth of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, sweet malt, and delicate spice that fades gracefully.
