From the relatively unknown Agave Conquista Distillery, it delivers a high proof blanco experience in a completely transparent way. The agave is organically farmed, estate-grown and additive-free. After roasting in brick ovens, it’s fermented with only native yeast in stainless steel tanks before being double distilled on small pots and bottled at high proof in liters.
