A blend of Tempranillo, Shiraz, Mataro and Semillon with some lees from the Vinden Chardonnay barrels lending a bit of an X-factor to the final wine. The fruit comes fromInglewood, Somerset, Vinden and Tawarri Vineyards across the Hunter Valley.
Multiple ferments in stainless steel, seasoned French oak barrels and concrete eggs are blended together.
