60-year-old Golden Muscat in our small breezy Houli vineyard parcel has been inspiring our vintage Blanc de Blancs since 2014. The 2020 growing season started with an early rain, followed by a dry warm ripening period, finally gifting 2375 bottles, transformed to an extra brut.

Vinification:
Hand harvested at night. Whole cluster pressed, base wine fermented and aged one year in stainless steel and small barrels. Traditional method sparkling winemaking, tirage in June 2021, 24 months bottle aged on lees, hand disgorged in May 2023.2,375 bottles crafted.

Tasting Notes:
A pinpoint mousse soaked in a light golden hue, elegantly introducing Asian pear, pineapple, white pomelo, and herbal notes to an expending palate, textured with subtle ginger, walnut, and lingering minerality.
