Roc Blanc is the flagship cuve of Chteau Gilbert & Gaillard, a Saint-Chinian red crafted from Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvdre grapes. The fruit is sourced from the estates highest limestone vineyard, where 25-year-old vines dig deep into mineral-rich soils to fully express the terroir.

This wine reveals a rich and elegant profile. Expect luscious red fruits, sweet garrigue herbs, aromatic cocoa and vanilla, and refined tannins wrapped in a medium to full body. The finish is long and mineral-driven, offering a hedonistic and deeply satisfying experienceespecially for those just beginning to explore the soulful vineyards of Saint-Chinian in Southern France.
