The 2018 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass with beautiful waves of dark, black fruits, anise, and subtle notes of flint and black pepper. This is a rich, concentrated wine that presents a dense texture while filling the mouth with deep, lush flavors of ripe plum, dark cherry liqueur, and cocoa dust. The wine completes the promise with a silky, smooth, lingering finish. Given the heritage of Paloma Spring Mountain fruit, one should expect this Cabernet to offer many years of total enjoyment.

“Shows abundant chaparral and savory notes out front, followed by a slightly trim core of mulled red currant, damson plum, and loganberry fruit. The juicy, bramble-lined finish has good energy.” – James Molesworth, Wine Spectator
