“Nathalie and Gilles Fvre grow their Chardonnay vines from parcels situated beside the village of Fontenay-Prs-Chablis, at the very heart of Chablis’ vineyards. On highplains or steep hills, all the domaine’s Chablis grow onstony Kimmeridgien limestone soils. Most of theirvineyards are between 15 and 25 years old. This is a freshand fruity wine with flavors of white flesh fruits, likepeach and pear, with citrus notes and good minerality. Pleasant as an aperitif, it makes an ideal partner foroysters, shellfish and grilled fish.”
