A carefully balanced blend, for a highly sophisticated champagne. Each style of Barons de Rothschild champagne has the exceptional characteristics of a great champagne. Barons de Rothschild Brut is a rich, complex and ethereal wine.

It is made by blending wines aged at least 4 years, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir from the Champagne region’s best terriors. This unique blend gives the wine its fine bubbles, its golden colour, and its fine, subtle aromas of white fuit. It has a low dosage (6g/L) and is kept at least six months after disgorgement process, for a pleasant, balanced mouthfeel that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout the meal.

This cuvee is a result of a complex assemblage, or blend, of 60% Chardonnay, and 40% Pinot Noir. 85% from Grand and Premier Crus. Aging for 4 years at least.This blend includes 40% reserve wines, a mark of exceptional quality and consistency over time.

Enticing and subtle nose with notes of lemon zest, honeysuckle and freshly baked brioche. Wonderful elegance on the medium-bodied palate that has a sleek silhouette. Long finish with plenty of spice and a touch of black berry fruit.
