Vinification: Harvested by hand. Aging on the lees in oak barrels, only 1/3 of them are new, and the lees are regularly stirred for 10 months.

Tasting Notes: Full of white pear, quince and apricot pit, balanced by savoury rosemary and fennel notes. Its freshness is necessary for great white wine in Bordeaux. Its structure is tight, better to carafe 1 hour.
