Enira Reserva
Chopin – Polonaise in A-Flat Major Op.53 performed by Vladimir Horowitz
Enira is the wine made in Bessa Valley
We, the wine-makers from Bessa Valley, are inspired by this place as much as the Bessians were 2500 years ago.Now we are the Bessians! It is our destiny to grow the vines of the Valley and make great wine from their fruit year after year. Everything is done with the greatest respect for the nature, the people, the vines and its fruit. We are not in a hurry. We are not losing the harmony.
Our wine is for pleasure we serve it before dinner and during dinner. Ive chosen Bulgaria because of the magnificent terroir. With Enira we revive the image of the Bulgarian wines worldwide. I cant find competitive wine internationally like Enira.

This is a lovely wine…Its structure, which impressed me initially, is very fine, though, and this has some character, too, which comes out with air. As it airs out, it seems refined, classy and graceful and remained persistent and interesting. This is an upgrade over the Enira Reserva in terms of depth and structureand oak. The wine should integrate its oak a little better with a little more time, and needs to do so. However you look at it, it is going to add to the re-evaluation of what it means to be Bulgarian wine.
