On the nose, it is highly expressive, featuring fresh aromas ofapple and pearlayered with subtle citrus notes of lemon and pink grapefruit, alongside delicate hints of white flowers andfennel. The palate isenveloping and fresh, offering a well-balanced mid-palate with a soft, slightly creamy texture derived from eight months of aging on its fine lees in large French oak foudres. It concludes with alingering, mineral finishthat includes a touch of salinity and a fine, gastronomic bitterness.
