To be clear, this wine is completely dry and contains absolutely no sugar. It is extremely elegant, both aromatically and on the palate, with mouthwatering acidity and true lightness of being. As it opens up, floral aromatics and layers of lacy vanilla emerge that take it to another level. It is a stunning and transformative wine now, and should have serious aging potential.
