Pierre Zro, an alcohol-free premium wine from Pierre Chavin. With over 15 years of experience in wine innovation, their brands are present in 65 countries and recommended by wine professionals like Matthias Giroud and Andreas Larsson. Jancis Robinson describes it as “…better than many others dealcoholized wines.”

Pierre Zro Signature range is the result of meticulous research pledging a unique tasting experience, which has NOadded sugar, preservatives, flavors or sulfites.

The story began in Languedoc-Roussillon, where Mathilde Boulachin, a wine marketing specialist from a Champagne family, sought to create a wine with 0% alcohol after her pregnancies. Pierre Zro not only offers a healthy alternative but also boasts a rich profile of flavors and aromas, crafted using traditional methods.

The grapes, grown in the South of France, are harvested at night and undergo a fermentation process that preserves beneficial elements like polyphenols and antioxidants. A strict dealcoholization process, using the Spinning Cone Column method, ensures the aromatic intensity remains intact.

Vinification:
Grapes are harvested at night to take advantage of low nocturnal temperatures. The vinification and the production process are then carried out traditionally. A de-alcoholisation stage (Spinning Cone) takes place.

Tasting notes:
Pale yellow colour with brilliant and scintillating reflections. Fine and delicate bubbles. An alliance of delicacy, purity and elegance. Mineral and brioche aromas with notes of tangy fruit, citrus and apple. A pure palate, imbued with finesse and freshness.
