The Paring puts pedigree first, and then lets imagination take over. The grapes are sourced primarily from three Santa Barbara regions on the vanguard: Santa Ynez Valley, Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley. Delivering all that makes this grape so superb: sweet fruit, exotic spice and powerful structure. A dark, brooding and savory wine that pairs perfectly with almost everything. Tasting Notes: Classic Syrah aromas of violets, blackberries and cracked black pepper. Perfect balance between dark fruit sweetness and savory earthiness. Plush and soft then structured and powerful, but refined enough to enjoy today. All that makes Syrah such a legendary grape.
