Booming with rich fruit flavors and chocolatey oak characteristics, our Wyethia Red Blend is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser. This Cabernet Sauvignon-driven blend is delectably balanced and approachable. Lodi’s soil holds the key to grapes reaching plump and juicy ripeness levels come harvest. The ground beneath the vine’s canopy is covered in large rocks in many areas. These rocks gather heat throughout the day as the sun bakes this warm Mediterranean region. When day turns to dusk and cool temperatures move in, these rocks continue to radiate heat onto the fruit from below, allowing it to ripen into the night. For you, that means a wine with jammy fruit flavors, relaxed acidity, and silky smooth tannins. Our Red Blend is an effortless way to please all palates when shared with friends and family. Serve this wine at room temperature paired with tangy BBQ and chargrilled vegetables. Scroll through the image carousel above to learn more about this wine.
