Born from sandy-clay soil at Le Grs, the winery’s Vin de Pays de Vaucluse is a friendlywine. The vines the grapes come from are around 15 years old and are tended with the same care as the rest of the vineyards. Only harvesting is mechanical. An alliance of Syrah and Merlot grapes, only one colour of Vin de Pays is made, thus completing our range of reds. Lip-smackingly fruity, Vin de Pays de Vaucluse by La Millire is the ideal partner to everyday meals, whatever the season.

Vinification :
Mechanical harvesting. 10 to 15 fermentation and maceration days. Aged in vat.

Tasting Notes:
Deep garnet robe with purple-blue tints. Expressive small red and black berry fruit nose with floral notes. A treat of a wine with crunchy fruit flavours, great freshness with a light sweet spice feel.

Winemakers Advice:
A wine for every day, where simplicity is the key. Serve at 14C. May be enjoyed lightly chilled in the summer (12C).
